- Waqas Ahmed23.09.2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Staff is not very friendly, dry behaviour. A sense of superiority and ignorance reflects in the way they behave, no sense of what a friendly customer service is. People's phones are ringing, children making noise and staff says nothing. The good things are that they will keep reminding you via email or sms that the book you've requested previously is available for you and are responsive to the inquiries over phone.
