Personally I would like to thank the personal trainer at plus fitness Granville Johnny for pushing me to be the best I can be. Thankyou for supporting my fitness journey mentally and emotionally. Johnny is a dedicated trainer who has a lot of passion for what he does. His not just about the results but about the personal journey too. He also runs a boot camp on Monday and Wednesday if anyone really wants to smash their fitness goals and take their endurance and strength to another level than you really should consider trying it out his boot camp. The best thing about it too is it’s FREE!! He does it to encourage the community to get together support each other and be productive. Love you Johnny and Thankyou for all you have done : ) x
